Logofactoryweb is a free service that offers, through a proprietary application, the possibility to create and design logo with forms and pre-set fonts. The conclusion creations can be downloaded on the user's PC without any payment.

The creations made by LogoFactoryWeb be used freely and are not protected by copyrights. You agree not to protect copyrights creations made and downloaded to your PC through LogoFactoryWeb.

Users can not sell, assign or transfer to others the rights of the logo created with the LogofactoryWeb software.

LogoFactoryWeb reserves the right to reproduce, distribute, display on their web site and other media creations developed through its software.

The user using Logofactoryweb assumes fully realized the authorship and acknowledges that he alone is responsible for taking all necessary actions to determine whether use of the creation achieved through LogoFactoryWeb infringes any intellectual property rights, protection and copyright.

You agree to indemnify LogofactoryWeb from all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of any breach by you of any of the Terms of Service. For example: if the logo design created by a user through the application of LogofactoryWeb, is found to be a violation of intellectual property rights of third parties, the User expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LogofactoryWeb against such claims and damages.

LogoFactoryWeb makes no representations or warranties, and expressly disclaims any liability with regard to the content of the symbols used for creating logos. If a user suspects that a symbol of LogoFactoryWeb can potentially infringe an author of the User or third party is requested to advise of this alleged infringement immediately support at contact@logofactoryweb.com
